Dried Citrus Old Fashioned
- 60ml pour of Bourbon (double shot)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dried orange slice & 1 dried lemon slice
Muddle the sugar and bitters. Add bourbon and ice. Garnish with dried citrus slices.

- 60ml pour of Vodka (double shot)
- 15ml pour of Triple sec
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 dried lemon slice
- Lemon twist for garnish
Shake vodka, triple sec, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with dried lemon slice and a twist.

- 60ml pour of White rum (double shot)
- 30ml Fresh blood orange juice
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4-6 Fresh mint leaves
- 1 dried blood orange slice
Muddle mint, sugar, and lime juice. Add rum, blood orange juice, and ice. Top with soda and garnish with dried blood orange slice.

- 30ml pour of Triple sec
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 1 dried lime slice
- Salt for rimming (optional)
Shake tequila, triple sec, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass, garnish with dried lime slice.

- 30ml pour of Sweet Vermouth

Stir gin, campari, and sweet vermouth with ice. Strain into a glass with ice, garnish with dried orange slice.

- 15ml rosemary-infused simple syrup
- 1 dried lemon slice
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Shake gin, lemon juice, and rosemary-infused syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, garnish with dried lemon slice and rosemary sprig.
